Set within the elegant surroundings of Beamish Hall Hotel in the North East, this wedding was a beautiful celebration of timeless romance, soft florals, and thoughtful, cohesive design. With its grand interiors and light-filled spaces, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for classic, garden-inspired floral styling.

For the ceremony, we created statement floral columns to frame the couple as they exchanged their vows. Designed with abundance and natural movement in mind, these arrangements featured creamy whites, soft blush tones, and layers of lush greenery. The vertical columns added height and drama to the room while still feeling relaxed and romantic — a modern, elegant alternative to traditional ceremony arches.

Following the ceremony, the floral columns were carefully repositioned behind the top table, creating a stunning floral backdrop for the wedding breakfast. Re-purposing key floral pieces in this way allowed the designs to be enjoyed throughout the day, while maintaining a seamless visual flow from ceremony to reception.

The bridal bouquet was designed to perfectly complement the soft floral detailing of the bride’s gown. Featuring ivory and blush roses, delicate textures, and flowing foliage, it echoed the romantic aesthetic of the dress itself. Styled during the morning preparations alongside the bride’s shoes, the bouquet became an understated yet meaningful detail, capturing the calm anticipation of the day ahead.

For the reception in the Winter Gardens, we designed a mix of tall floral centrepieces and simple, low arrangements to create visual interest while keeping the space light and elegant. The combination of height and softness added depth to the room without overwhelming the tables, allowing guests to enjoy both the florals and the surroundings. This layered approach to table styling helped create a balanced, refined atmosphere for the celebration.

To ensure the wedding aesthetic felt completely cohesive, we also designed the wedding signage, including a bespoke table plan, a welcome sign, and custom place cards. Each piece was thoughtfully styled to complement the floral palette and overall design, tying every element together beautifully and creating a unified look from the moment guests arrived.

Every floral and design choice was carefully considered to enhance Beamish Hall Hotel’s elegant interiors while reflecting the couple’s vision. The result was a wedding that felt romantic, timeless, and effortlessly refined — a celebration where florals and styling worked together to tell one complete story.
